Add multi account selection to the asset selection modal
Overview
We want to allow users the ability to select the account they would like to use from within the asset selection flow. And for users that only have one account, they would not see this, and we would auto select account 0.
In the assets view:
If the user has multiple accounts:
- They see the summed balances across all the accounts for that asset
- They would see a tag showing the number of accounts within that asset
- The row would have a caret
If the user only has one account:
- We show the balance for that account
- No tag with accounts
- No caret

Acceptance Criteria
If a user has multiple accounts we prompt them to pick the account they would like to use.
