feat: add buy sell on asset details

Description

• Check if the asset can be bought or sold, show button if they can
• Pass the assetId to the modal and pre-populate it.

Testing

Go to to an asset details page, and if the asset can bought or sold with any of our fiat providers, you should see an active button. When you click that button it should auto-fill the modal with that asset.
