Validate YAT - check if yat is existing and synced with wallet address. Add translations for errors and required messages taken from figma file.

Acceptance Criteria

User can enter yat and if it exists can send funds to address connected to that yat. If yat is not existing or not connected to an address, user will see proper error message. Based on picked language user will be able to see the messages in different languages(translations)
