Support a new swapper for SUI

Currently we dont have a lot of routes for SUI tokens, we need to be able to swap to those tokens

Quick spike:

Cetus seems like a beast right now, they even implement some cool defi features such as DLMM, they have a strong user base

AC:

• Implement CETUS for SUI routes mainly, spike on the bridge side (swap USDC on Solana to BALLSY on Sui) and maybe implement it or open an issue
