Fix up modal jank interaction with keyboard on mobile

Summary

Currently on mobile when we have a full screen modal with an input. If you click the input to trigger the keyboard, then click away from the input to collapse the keyboard, the modal doesn't resize so you end up with an awkward half screen modal
