Add additional swapper rates

Summary

Currently we only have a couple of swappers integrated into the agentic chat. Assess which swappers would be good to bring in from the main app and integrate them.

Likely don't need all of them but at least our best ones to provide good coverage.

PROD-62 coming, we're pretty sure we want to do this in the regular swapper since it adds more routes than just Maya for ZEC.
