Cosmos is missing failed trades

It's not currently possible to get "failed" trades from a cosmos node.

To solve this we need to either create our own or use find a third party block indexing service for cosmos sdk chains that can provide failed transactions.

Datahub provides a "transaction_search" endpoint with failed tx need for some chains but all of them (notably not osmosis)

A third party service that provides what we need would be ideal for the short term to get things moving but we also need to figure out a stable long term solution for all cosmos sdk chains
