Implement HD wallet support for BTC, ETH and Polygon for Phantom ahead of rolling out solana support

Maybe similiar to meta mask implementation

AC:

  • update playground for Phantom use
  • integration tests
  • document any findings for next engineer who comes to implement solana with this wallet
