Use ETH address for Native Wallet Id

Overview

We are currently generating a random string for the native user's wallet ID.

References and additional details

Metamask does something similar for their wallet id.

Acceptance Criteria

When user connects their native wallet the wallet Id is not randomly generated but instead uses their ETH address for the id.
