How much time do you spend on your average blog post?

Hey Scott, I'm a blogger as well. I find that I typically spend 4+ hours on my blog posts. I see that you typically blog twice per week, so I'm just wondering:

1. How much time you spend on your typical blog post?
2. Are you able to dash them off in 20 minutes, or are you like me where you read them over many many times and mull on them and refine them for hours?
3. Do you blog on work time, or is it all done after-hours on your own time (like mine)?
