Correcting Nomenclature and Formatting Mismatches in Object Documentation

Motivation

There are slight mismatches in variable nomenclature and formatting in the documentation of objects, such as using the subscript i or j when referring to ions and having variables/coefficients listed in paragraphs or bullet points format.

Design

All Zapdos documentation should use the same nomenclature and formatting.

Impact

Having consistent nomenclature and formatting will minimize confusion for new users.
