Question: non-local contribution in SaLSA
Hi!
I was reading the SaLSA paper, and it appears clear that the non-locality of the model is done through the "nonlocal “spherically averaged liquid susceptibility” in equation 5 (image)
However, it seems to me that the non-locality should also be due to the introduction of the Coulomb operator which is inherently non-local?
