Define default remote for repository at "gerrit.default-remote"

I'm not sure what is meant by Specify a project or solution file. The directory does not contain a project or solution file. (AppVeyor output).

The output from Travis-CI suggests that git config gerrit.default-remote origin is failing somehow. I am unable to reproduce this in my own environment.

I am new to both of these tools, assistance would be appreciated.

I no longer have access to a Gerrit server to test changes to this project. If anyone wishes to continue the work started here, you have my blessing.
