Login widget doesn't honor non-Persona login

Even when the "Disable non-Persona logins" option is unchecked, the Persona widget only shows a persona login option.

@MagicFab - What are your thoughts on what should happen here? I had a look at the WordPress "Meta" Widget, and it does not give the ability to sign in either, it provides a link to /wp-login.php instead.
