handcuffs: dont move T through walls

a warden can move a cuffed T through walls

https://github.com/shanapu/MyJailbreak/commit/857cf0429662166a0695891d26102eef573895b4 now it checks the distance to a wall when warden pickup and move a cuffed prisoner. It's not perfect but prevent moving a prisoner into/through walls the most of the time...
