Sync Settings - unable to scroll

Unable to scroll on Settings page: Scrollbar missing on settings page

🌴 Visual Studio Code Version : 1.7.1.2 🌴 Code Settings Sync Version : 2.4.3 🌴 Standard or Insiders : ?? 🌴 Portable or Installed : Installed in User scope 🌴 OSS or Official Build : Official 🌴 Operating System : Win 10 Enterprise

📰 To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. CTRL + SHIFT + P
  2. Sync: Advanced Options
  3. Sync: Open Settings
  4. No Scroll bar.

💪 Expected behavior I expect the settings page to scroll so I can get to all the settings.

Wanted to add that I'm having this issue too, but found that I can get to the lower fields by focusing the first field and TAB-switching between the fields. Similarly, once at the bottom, you must use TAB again to cycle to the top of the page.
