what can I do if I accidently updated my gist

I reinstalled windows so i needed to sync all my settings. so I used settings sync before reinstallation. when i tried to sync, it stucked because some extension wasn't found so i tried to fix this and accidently updated my gist with only 6 plugins. i have lost all my snippets, extensions and so on. help me pls i am so disappointed
