Extension 'chundawatchatar.sql-keyword-uppercase' not found.

I have created the gist and uploaded to github. On the new machine, I have logged in to github and put in the key. When trying to download the settings:

It turns out that the extension that was trying to be installed is no longer compatible with the version of VSCode I have. How about we detect that and give a nicer error message?
