Update Expired token

Instructions unclear I can't find how to generate the token or token scope in the readme

In the readme it says > Click on login with GitHub But I don't know where to find that button

Hi,

Here are the steps to generate new token:

1. Login to github and go to developer settings

2. Generate new token

3. Update the token in vs code sync settings

Now you should be able to sync settings as usual.

I was using this extension from oldest version so this login page didn't exist in my extension settings. I reset the extension settings. Then reinstalled. After logging in, you can choose your existing gist where your settings are synced.
