Edit configuration doesn't work on Mac

🐛 Describe the bug
I'd like to specify my gist and token manaully (since such option is offered), but can't - Edit configuration page seems to be corrupted:

1. it has vertically cropped scrollbars which renders whole page scroll impossible
2. I can navigate across fields with Tab but don't see any kind of "Save settings" button
3. probably because of points above token entered isn't saved and I keep getting Welcome page instead of Sync download My gist is saved under Settings/Extensions/Code Settings Sync (why not to keep all config there, BTW?) - I doublechecked

I also have this issue. I just installed Settings Sync extension. Under about in Visual Studio Code, these are the relevant fields: Version: 1.70.2 Date: 2022-08-16TO5:36:25.715Z Electron: 18.3.5 Chromium: 100.0.4896.160 Node.js: 16.13.2 V8: 10.0.139.17-electron.0 OS: Linux x64 5.17.15-1-MANJARO

Using tab to get to fields below the cut-off section seems to work getting the settings page to jump down and show the rest of the fields. So it's a workaround, but I don't know how obvious that is (and technically, even then, it's a workaround not a solution ;) )
