implementation offer for tapswap livestream code extraction and submission

This is a new feature, that will monitor the tapswap live video all the time and extract the code when it appears in the video. Then it will submit the extracted code to the submission api of tapswap. Currently the issue is that i couldn't get around to authorization part, when the code is submited the response is that the request is unauthorized, i didn't have enough time to check the auth implementation in your main code.
