I have the same error message.

I managed to get rid of error SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED after installing certificates on my local machine hope this helps

1. HamsterKombatBot - AmazonRootCA1
2. TapSwapBot - Let's Encrypt C5
3. MemeFiBot - Let's Encrypt ISRG Root X1
4. PocketFiBot- Let's Encrypt R10

You can get rest certificate from here in case if these doesn't work for you
