proposal: add max amount of collected keys per day

Would be nice to have option to choose max amount of keys (or games) to play during day, like MAX_AMOUNT_KEY_PER_DAY = [10, 15] so that rand number between 10-15 would be collected during the day only (ofcourse if restart bot - everything would start counting from zero, but if bot run without issues 24/7 - this should make a difference)
