How to label Euler angle in public datasets?

I am a freshman in head pose estimation. I really want to know how to get the Eular angles in public datasets, such as ALFW-2000 and BIWI. In ALFW-2000 dataset, It said that

we include the coarse head pose obtained by fitting a mean 3D face with the POSIT algorithm.

Does it mean that the Euler angles are just calculated? Is this the same for other datasets?
