Paths starting with ./ aren't watched for new files

Can confirm. ie, this works when adding a file:

gaze('src/**/*')

But this doesn't emit add/all event: gaze('./src/**/*')

I got the same problem, both Windows and Linux. Hopefully, It will be fixed soon. :+1:

I am also observing this issue on macOS 10.13 with gaze 1.1.2.
