how to get oodle bin from another game client

i'm playing lost ark china server(by tencent) i find it has difference oodle_xor and oodle_bin can i get it from the game client file? or is there another way to get the oodle bin file?

It's for the Amazon version, you will need to rewrite it for the other version, you can't just replace one file and deal with it.
