File excluded from repository needs be excluded from S3 bucket too.

It is a BUG.

When I use the flag destination_dir="" to use the S3 root path or whatever fixed path to store the builded files, and on a new deployment I has deleted a unneeded file from the repository, the file continues to exist on S3 bucket. It's needs to be excluded every new build.
