Mobile toast position - Under Keyboard

If a toast is on the bottom and the keyboard is open, the toast is being covered by the keyboard.

Is this expected behavior?

It would be nice to have it overlay on the bottom of the keyboard OR shifting up to be right above the keyboard.

This issue is still present on iOS. When at the bottom, it falls behind the keyboard. When it is at the top, it falls behind the address bar.

@belvederef @alextappin This is mildly infuriating. What can be done?
