"Please Sign In" + "403 (Forbidden)" issue for v1.9.29

After I updated the software to v1.9.29, I still received an error saying "Please Sign In," even after reinstalling the software (with anti-virus disabled) and running as administrator. Also, I received an error saying "403 (Forbidden)" when I tried to download one video at a time despite the video being available to the public.
