Add a crash-reporting system

We should have a crash-reporting system. A good (free) option for this is Crashlytics (http://try.crashlytics.com/), which is made by Google. It is being replaced by Firebase (https://get.fabric.io/roadmap), which does have a free plan. It also does analytics, so we could see usage of the example app.
