[WebM] Support for MaxCLL and MaxFALL

Hello,

'webm_video_client.cc(234)] Not implemented reached in virtual bool shaka::media::WebMVideoClient::OnUInt(int, int64_t)HDR is not supported yet.'

Any plans to support HDR soon?

It is on our list, but unfortunately we don't have bandwidth to work on it right now. Let us know if you are interested in helping us implement it.
