CPIX support

We wanna find packager could handle or cooperate with pssh, keys from CPIX. Is Shaka packager able to handle?

It looks like CPIX was planned, but not implemented.

CPIX is implemented in https://github.com/google/cpix_cc, but it is not integrated with Shaka Packager.

When can we expect the CPIX support for shaka packager? We are early waiting for it.

PRs are welcome! It's the beauty of open source that you can get your needs met by contributing. Nobody is working on this AFAIK.
