Add slotted head drive option to hex bolts

For example, in ISO 4014 Bolts Head drive you can specify the "ISO 4014 Bolts Head drive" with the options "Phillips/Slot, Phillips, Slotted, Six-Lobe, etc". Another example is M6-1.0 X 14mm DIN 933 / ISO 4017 slotted head.
