Info-Display broken in AddonManger
In the current git-version the display of the information-page in AddonManager is broken.
Possibly because of the ‣ Expand this section for a synopsis on how to use this workbench feature.
If I remember correctly the WebEngine was removed and instead a markdown viewer placed on its place, that section is made with html code, probably that viewer is so simple that doesn't recognize html.
Maybe we should create another TUTORIAL.md file and move contents there and put a link on its place.

confirmed on windows 10: works on version 0.21.2, not working on latest weekly.
Looks like an addon manager issue.
