@dineshr93 i think it is not safe to delete a license Because, - for actual licenses lets say we have license "X". and some users have already added license "X"...

Lets work on backend and UI for current functionality. then we can take in the REST API.

@dushimsam Can you fix the test cases, i see that the testcases are failing for uploadController.php

Tested with 4.0.0 issue still exist.
