Feature: - Record audio in foreground

Expected Behaviour: - Record audio when the user clicks the in a foreground state, then save it to the local store in the app. POINTS-25

sure...But please unassign me from #55 and assign me here....I can't do Record audio in background feature..... But I can perfectly do that issue Record Audio in Foreground...As I work on same that in other project...
