Debuff / Buff White / Blacklist on target Frame

I would Like to request the Whitlist /Blacklist Feature from Nameplates for the Target Frame aswell. It would make it Possible to filter only relevant Debuffs for yourself if you want to check if they are Up . I know you would see the buffs from the same class too but its 100 times better that just see 300 Debuffs from every raid member
