Quests that start from a mob drop do not have a quest mark on the map

Quests that start from an item drop like https://tbc-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?item=20483 or https://tbc-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?item=21776 do not have a quest starter marker on the map.

I have tested this in particular in Eversong Woods as a blood elf. There are by my research 5 looted items that start quests in this zone spawning 13 quests which are not shown on the map with a marker because the starter quests are looted items.

The issue is probably global but here's the data for Eversong Woods.

The marked quests are starter quests, the rest chain quests depending on them.

Can you please make it so these kind of quests(started from looted items) have a quest marker on the map?

As an icon, you can combine an available quest icon with a loot icon. Something similar will turn out:

Alternatively you can add a notification to the map interface(m hotkey) on one of the corners if you enter a zone which has potential quests that start from mob drops. Something similar to: "Mob drop quests in this zone: [The quest starting item]" and when you click on [The quest starting item] you toggle(on/off) tracking of all the monsters in the area which can drop the item. edit: or containers that contain the item. Like the ogre quest in feralas.
