Order of Goblin Hunter Pet Taming Quests is Incorrect

Issue

The tracking of Quests 80331 through 80334 of the Turtle WoW quest database is somewhat out of order and incorrect.

Reproducing the issue

Prerequisites

• The latest version of pfQuest for Vanilla
• The latest version of pfQuest-Turtle

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Log into Turtle WoW. Raise a Goblin Hunter to Level 10.
2. Go to Razor Hill in Durotar. Talk to Thotar and accept the quest, "The Hunter's Path (Goblin)".
3. Walk over to Viz Fizbeast. Turn in "The Hunter's Path" and accept "Taming the Beast (Goblin)".

Expected results

Once "Taming the Beast" begins, the arrow guide should tell the player to go out and tame a Dire Mottled Boar.

Actual results

For some reason, the quest skips to the next one and tells the player to go out and tame a Surf Crawler.

Further details

This seems to go on for the entirety of the quest line. For example, once the player gets the Surf Crawler quest, the arrow points back at Viz and the map and mini-map both register the quest as completed. Despite that, there are still target dots on the map for each step. It's just the arrow and the quest progress map icons that get confused.
