An interesting development GoQuiet

It's written in Go, that I dont know, perhaps someone can incorporate his idea here, better a c# version, :-)

This looks very promising. I didn't manage to build from source, nor does it seem possible at the moment to integrate it with shadowsocks-android. But all hopes are up.
