No icon on system tray on LinuxMint 18.3 (Cinnamon)

I'm running shadowsocks-qt5 v3.0.0 on LinuxMint 18.3 with appimage. But there is no icon show on tray.

What's the desktop environment? This is very strange and I believe it might be a Qt bug
