No Encryption Method!

What version of shadowsocks-libev are you using?

v3.3.5

What operating system are you using?

Ubuntu 20 LTS

What did you do?

NONE in encryption method.

What did you expect to see?

Disable the encryption.

What did you see instead?

Error in running the service. NONE isn't defined.

Why can this not support the "no encryption" method? Some of our remote servers have a significant impact on CPU and network and throttling just for encryption (and I don't care about encryption). Please support the No Encryption method. This should be just a standard.

+1. There are valid use cases for disabling encryption. I don't know why it's being supported here.
