Do different types of disks affect the speed of the shadowsocks-libev?

shadowsocks-libev 3.1.3

What operating system are you using?

Linux (ubuntu 18.04)

What did you do?

Installed and using nornally.

What did you expect to see?

I would like to know if different types of disk may affect the interaction speed of shadowsocks? Like SSD disk and HHD disk.
