日志里面为什么会有如此多^@

如题，我是用命令行./shadowsocks-server -d > log &执行ss的，但是早上我突然发现，这个日志文件每隔几分钟就曾长100多M,随后我下载日志文件到我本地用vscode打开查看，发现有1行超长的^@，这一行就让我的文件大小占到100多M了。。。想问下是ss的什么原因？
