Connecting via cellar (mobile) data spikes server usage to 100%

When I connect through cellar data via my Android 14 (Xiaomi), the server (ubuntu 20) that hosts shadowsocks starts to produce so many logs that CPU usage spikes to 100%.

When I stop the shadowsocks-server process, it drops to 0%.

I think this should be the problem that not allowing me to properly use shadowsocks on my phone through mobile data.
