can't connect after version5.1.7 using xchacha20-ietf-poly1305 method version 5.1.7 work perfectly.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior .after update shadowsocks-rust to 1.9.0 (in version 5.1.8 #2622)this problem occur. hope can fix this problem.don't know how to upload screenshots.just can't connect Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.
