When subscription updates, a deleted profile is still connectable

Describe the bug when subscription updates, the profile that still connected will not deleted, even after system reboot
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Delete "A" profile from subscription server
- Connect "A" profile in android
- Update subscription
- "A" profile will disappear from list, but still connected
- Profiles is still connectable by merely click on the connect button, even after system reboot as long as not selecting other profiles
Expected behavior Profiles should be really disappear after subscription is updated

Also delecting a seleted profile after which is still connectable, the issue is not really about subscription.
update: Tasker can active the deleted profile too
It looks like subscriptions don't sync automatically at all, see #2888 . :cry:
