listening IP don't support 0.0.0.0 in 1.10? but it works in 1.9.4

Describe the bug My Mac running NG client, and I set the SOCKS5 and Http listening IP as 0.0.0.0, so other devices in the LAN can use my mac's ip address as the proxy ip, it works in 1.9.4, but after I upgrade to 1.10.0, the same configuration, but my mobile cannot use Mac as proxy ip, then I switch into 1.9.4 again in Mac, it works again. So did 1.10 version still support 0.0.0.0 as listening ip? if not, how to enable other devices use host's ip as proxy server? Thanks!

Expected behavior can use 0.0.0.0 as listening port for other devices proxying
