when works in global mode will encounter below error sometimes, not quite frequently but will need to change to pac mode and then back to global mode to fix the problem.
500 Internal Privoxy Error

Could not load template file no-server-data or one of its included components.
Please contact your proxy administrator.
If you are the proxy administrator, please put the required file(s)in the (confdir)/templates directory. The location of the (confdir) directory is specified in the main Privoxy config file. (It's typically the Privoxy install directory, or /etc/privoxy/).
我先workaround一下：
全局模式先不设置系统配置指向privoxy(http proxy),任然只使用socks5代理。
毕竟privoxy只有搞开发，命令行工具才用的上。
