Reflections not rendering (except for VAB part selection menu)

Hello! I've recently been wanting to try Textures Unlimited with Magpie's Mod's config file installed, but there's a very weird issue.

It seems to work, meaning that I can see the reflections, but ONLY in the VAB part menu (where you select parts), if I hover my cursor over it you can see it more clearly, however on the launchpad, and immediately when the part is selected in the VAB, it loses the reflection and looks extremely bright (the interior does too)
